What's Covered:

This Policy covers all those agricultural machines which are covered under the warranty criteria as specifically stated on the website.

The warranty is confined only to the first purchase of the machines and is non-transferable.
Warranty Period:

The warranty period is specified on the product page of the website, applicable from the date of sale to the customer.

What's Covered:

The warranty cover’s only manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship affecting your machine's normal functionality as prescribed in the operations manual, free of charge during the warranty period.

However, the transportation cost of sending the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer only.

What's Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear & tear parts, plastic, glass and/or rubber parts, tool cases/kits, non-operational parts and related accessories.

The warranty does not include preventive checks, routine maintenance, cleaning and overhaul.

Exclusions:

Damage due to transportation or shifting.

Misusing the machine for unintended purposes.

Overloading or damaging the machine beyond reasonable use.

Damage caused by external factors like accidents, weather or improper storage.

Normal wear and tear, neglect, or improper maintenance, act of God.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Damage due to spillage of liquid or food particles, faulty electric wiring/ cabling, abnormal voltage/ power supply beyond the specifications, damage/ breakage/ non-functioning of appliance due to rodents, rats, cockroaches and ants etc.

Machines partially or completely disassembled.
Claiming Warranty:
