Toolik Warranty Policy

 

We're dedicated to providing high-quality agricultural machineries and offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from Toolik. Please read carefully.

 

What's Covered:

  • This Policy covers all those agricultural machines which are covered under the warranty criteria as specifically stated on the website.

  • The warranty is confined only to the first purchase of the machines and is non-transferable.

 

Warranty Period:

​

The warranty period is specified on the product page of the website, applicable from the date of sale to the customer.

​

What's Covered:

​

  • The warranty cover’s only manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship affecting your machine's normal functionality as prescribed in the operations manual, free of charge during the warranty period.

  • However, the transportation cost of sending the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer only.

​

What's Not Covered:

​

  • The warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear & tear parts, plastic, glass and/or rubber parts, tool cases/kits, non-operational parts and related accessories.

  • The warranty does not include preventive checks, routine maintenance, cleaning and overhaul.

​

Exclusions:

​

  • Damage due to transportation or shifting.

  • Misusing the machine for unintended purposes.

  • Overloading or damaging the machine beyond reasonable use.

  • Damage caused by external factors like accidents, weather or improper storage.

  • Normal wear and tear, neglect, or improper maintenance, act of God.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Damage due to spillage of liquid or food particles, faulty electric wiring/ cabling, abnormal voltage/ power supply beyond the specifications, damage/ breakage/ non-functioning of appliance due to rodents, rats, cockroaches and ants etc.

  • Machines partially or completely disassembled.

 

Claiming Warranty:

To claim warranty service, contact Toolik customer service with your original purchase receipt and our support team will you assist with the process.
