Toolik's Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Toolik, we believe in transparency and customer satisfaction. Our return / refund / cancellation policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience for our valued customers. Return / refund / cancellation shall be initiated only under following circumstances:

 

  1. Cancellation:

  • Cancellation request will be accepted only if the request is raised by you within 4 hrs of approval of the order. In such case complete refund of the product will be given to you to your original source of payment within 7-10 working days.

  • Any cancellation request raised after 4 hrs will be accepted subject to deduction of 50% of the amount paid by you for the product. The remaining 50% of the amount will be refunded to your original source of payment within 7-10 working days.

 

NO CANCELLATION REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM TOOLIK.

    2. Wrong product received:

  • If you have received a different product or model from what was ordered, Toolik will provide replacement and deliver the actual product ordered at its own cost provided the issue has been raised by you within 48 hrs of delivery of the product at support@toolik.in.

  • Toolik assures that in genuine & verified cases, the replaced product will be dispatched within 12 hrs of us receiving back the wrong product from you in as it is condition. However, if the product is not available with Toolik, we will give complete refund of the amount paid by you within 7-10 working days from the date of reporting the issue.

 

* NOTE: THE COLOUR AND SOME OF THE FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE MANUFACTURING UPGRADES.

 

    3. Item Damaged:

  • For products damaged during transit, Toolik will provide replacement of the damaged spare parts / pieces of the product if repairable or replacement of the damaged product, provided the damage is reported by you within 48 hrs of delivery of the product at support@toolik.in.

  • Toolik assures that in genuine & verified cases, the replaced spare parts / product will be dispatched within 12 hrs of reporting of the issue.

  • However, if the product is not available with Toolik, we will give complete refund of the amount paid by you within 7-10 working days.

   4. Faulty/Partial Product received:

In case if any faulty or partial product is received by you, Toolik will provide the damaged / missing spare parts / pieces of the product at its own cost, provided the issue is reported by you within 48 hrs of delivery of the product at support@toolik.in.

 

Apart from the above circumstances, any issues raised by the customers will not be accepted by Toolik. Notwithstanding the above, determination of return / refund / cancellation will be at the sole discretion of Toolik and the decision of Toolik in this regard will be final and not challenged by you. 

 

 

NOTE: ANY CONCERNS REGARDING THE ISSUE MUST BE REPORTED WITH SUPPORTING IMAGES AND OPENING / UNBOXING VIDEOS OF THE PRODUCT WITH OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.
